Sam Burns


Sam Burns, a Louisianian through and through, has quickly become one of the most consistent players on the PGA TOUR. Since joining the TOUR at the start of the 2018-19 season, Burns has qualified for the FedEx Cup Playoffs in five straight seasons, as well as the TOUR Championship in three straight seasons. The 2021-22 season was by-far his best, winning three tournaments – The Valspar Championship, The Sanderson Farms Championship, and the Charles Schwab Challenge. His most recent win came at the 2023 World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play. Since turning pro in 2017, Burns has accumulated over $21 million in official career earnings. In addition to his TOUR accolades, Sam made his first Presidents Cup appearance for the United States in 2022, and first Ryder Cup appearance for the United States in 2023.

Prior to turning professional, the former Louisiana State Tiger was named a first-team All-American, as well as the NCAA Division I Jack Nicklaus Player of the Year for the 2016-2017. Sam has been on Team RBC since 2023.
