From Smith Falls, Ontario, Brooke Henderson has established herself as one of the most promising Canadian athletes of this generation. She won the Canadian Press Female Athlete of the Year in 2015, 2017, and 2018. With her 13 professional wins, she holds the record for most professional golf victories by any Canadian on a major tour. In 2016, the former No.1 ranked amateur in the world won her first Major, at the age of 18, becoming the event’s youngest winner. In November of 2019, she was named the winner of the 2019 Founders Award, voted on by fellow golfers of the LPGA Tour as someone “whose behaviour and deeds best exemplify the spirit, ideals, and values of the LPGA”. She represented Canada at the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Brooke captured her second career major at the 2022 Evian Championship, becoming the first player in LPGA history to begin a major with two rounds of 64 or lower. Brooke has been on Team RBC since 2015.
